Ajith 50th movie

After the failure of Aasal movie, there are directors approached Ajith for his 50th movie the names include K.S.Ravikumar after Dasavatharam, Gautham menon after VTV, Billa fame Vishnuvardhan. But Ajith selected Venkat prabu after average Goa movie because ajith impressed with his negative shade in his story and the way of carrying his looks with salt and pepper, the trend of teaser is introduced with Ajith’s mankatha featuring salt and pepper look and the same time ajith dismantled his 68,000 registered fans club next to Super Star Rajinikanth with 1,00,000 fans clubs for misusing his fans power for political parties, to avoid the hierarchy chain of his fans club and welfare of his fans but medias took advantage and projected the movie as it doesn’t have hype with dismantling his fans club, finally the movie opened with highly positive response with breaking the opening collection of endhiran (2010) and grossed more than 100 crores in box office and highest grosser of 2011, after Super star’s Shivaji(2007) and Kamal Hassan’s Dasavatharam(2009)
